Work Experience Requirements

- History of identifying and deploying technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives
- Ability to drive and maintain product UI and usability standards
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React and Node.js
- Experience designing APIs and working with PostgreSQL or comparable databases
- Good understanding of software architecture, testing and maintainable code
- Experience with Git, continuous integration and cloud deployment
- Strong knowledge of accessible, responsive HTML and CSS

Education / Work Experience requirements

- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of technology & development experience
- Experience delivering web or mobile products from planning through production is a bonus
- Familiarity with React Native, AWS, Hetzner or other cloud infrastructure is useful
